Taki Sensi is a mobile application that provides:
- Gaming sensitivity profiles and settings
- Custom sensitivity profile creation and sharing
- Premium features for enhanced gaming experience
- Access to trending sensitivity profiles
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- One account per person is allowed
3.2 Account Responsibilities
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
- Do not share your account with others
4. App Usage Rules
4.1 Acceptable Use
- Use the app for its intended purpose only
- Respect other users and their content
- Do not attempt to hack or exploit the app
- Follow all applicable laws and regulations
4.2 Prohibited Activities
- Creating fake or misleading sensitivity profiles
- Spamming or harassing other users
- Attempting to reverse engineer the app
- Using the app for illegal activities
- Sharing inappropriate or offensive content
5. Premium Features
5.1 Premium Subscription
- Premium features require a one-time payment of ₹49
- Payment is processed through Google Play Store
- Premium access is lifetime (no recurring charges)
- Premium features are non-transferable
5.2 Premium Features Include
- Custom sensitivity profile creation
- Access to secret Brazilian trending sensitivities
- Perfect mobile sensitivity optimization
- Unlimited access to all features
- Priority customer support
6. Content and Intellectual Property
6.1 Your Content
- You retain ownership of your sensitivity profiles
- By sharing content, you grant us license to display it
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your content
- Do not share copyrighted material without permission
6.2 Our Content
- App design and code are our intellectual property
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content
- All rights reserved unless explicitly stated
7. Privacy and Data
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
8. App Updates and Maintenance
- We may update the app from time to time
- Updates may include new features or bug fixes
- Some updates may be mandatory for continued use
- We may temporarily suspend the app for maintenance
9. Disclaimers and Limitations

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be available 24/7 or error-free.
9.2 Sensitivity Profiles
Sensitivity profiles are provided for informational purposes only. We are not responsible for gaming performance or results achieved using these profiles.
9.3 Third-Party Services
We use third-party services (Firebase, Google Play) that have their own terms and policies.
10. Termination
10.1 By You
- You may delete your account anytime
- Account deletion is permanent and irreversible
- Premium purchases are non-refundable upon account deletion
10.2 By Us
- We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms
- We may suspend or ban users for serious violations
- We will provide notice before termination when possible
11. Refund Policy
Important: Premium purchases are one-time payments for lifetime access. Refunds are handled according to Google Play Store policies. Contact Google Play support for refund requests.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in Indian courts.
